This policy covers inbusinessinc.com and contact that you send to us. Mobile apps we publish may collect additional information. Each app will say what it collects in its store privacy labels and in any in-app notice that applies. If an app’s notice is more specific than this page, the app’s notice controls for that app.
Who is responsible
The controller is In Business Inc. Privacy requests go to david@inbusinessinc.com. We do not publish a second address for privacy.
What we collect on this website
These pages are static information. We do not ask you to create an account here, and we do not add advertising or extra tracking tools on these pages.
If you send email to david@inbusinessinc.com, we receive whatever you include: your address, your name if you give one, and the body of the message. We use that information to reply and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as we need it to do the work you asked for, or to meet a legal duty.
The computers that serve this website may record ordinary technical information — such as IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested — as part of delivering the site and keeping it available. We do not list specific analytics products or software development kits on this page because we are not claiming a particular vendor stack here.
What our mobile apps may collect
A given app may need information to provide its features, to fix defects, or to answer support mail. That can include account details you choose to enter, content you create in the app, device information the platform provides, and diagnostics. We collect only what that product needs for those purposes.
We will not use this policy to invent a list of third-party SDKs or analytics services. If an app uses a service that processes personal information, that app’s privacy label and in-app notices will say so.
Apps distributed through a store will include App Privacy labels (or the equivalent for that store) and, where needed, an in-app privacy notice. Read those labels for the app you installed. They are the accurate list for that product.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this site for advertising networks.
How long we keep it
We keep contact mail and related records only as long as we need them for the request, for the product relationship, or for records we are required to keep. When we no longer need a record for those reasons, we delete it or we keep only what we must.
Sharing
We share personal information when you ask us to, when a vendor must process it so we can deliver the site or an app (for example, the host that serves these pages or the store that distributes an app), or when the law requires it. We do not sell it and we do not rent it for marketing lists.
Your requests
You may write to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Send that request to david@inbusinessinc.com. We will review it and respond. If a privacy law applies to you, say so in the message and we will handle the request under the rules that apply. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
Children
This website is not directed at children. We do not seek personal information from children through this site. If a specific app is directed at children, that app will say so and will follow the rules that apply to that app.
Changes
We may update this page when our practices change or when we need to describe them more clearly. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site or our apps after an update means the new text applies going forward.
